SAUCE:
Sour Cream
Enchilada sauce
Cream of chicken soup
Mix together and put aside.
4-5 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
Cheese
Tortillas (corn or flour)
-Spread sauce on the inside and outside of tortillas
-Add chicken and cheese
-Roll up tortilla
-After all tortillas are filled and added to pan, top with remainder of sauce and add more cheese
-Cook at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
This sounds so good, we will have to try it.
